Alright gals. Here are my measurements. I'm pretty psyched because turns out I managed to not put on a ton of weight over Ramadan! :D
Weight: 160.2 lbs (72.8 kg)
Measurements: 36 28.5 39
I'm not really sure if I measured my waist in the right spot. 28.5 is the smallest part of my waist but it expands to 33 at my bellybutton. I'm pretty pear shaped :(

I totally know what you mean! I’ve been sitting on a plateau for a good month now. So I gave myself a cheat day today to “reset” my system. Going on a strict diet starting Monday though

i did not do any yo yo dieting through out 6 months . ate roti daily and sometimes rice too.
i reduced sugar, junk food and drinks , ice creams , chocolates and dining out.
thank you every one who supported me. it was really motivated thread for me.

it felt so good to see these before and after numbers after a long time. thank you paklinks to save my thread till now.
i am still reducing my weight without staving and crushing diets. its all about eat healthy and stay active as much as possible.
