I totally know what you mean! I’ve been sitting on a plateau for a good month now. So I gave myself a cheat day today to “reset” my system. Going on a strict diet starting Monday though ![]()

i did not do any yo yo dieting through out 6 months . ate roti daily and sometimes rice too.
i reduced sugar, junk food and drinks , ice creams , chocolates and dining out.

it felt so good to see these before and after numbers after a long time. thank you paklinks to save my thread till now.
i am still reducing my weight without staving and crushing diets. its all about eat healthy and stay active as much as possible.
