I'm assuming you're a female, based on your user name. For a female at your height, your goal weight should be around 55 kg.

I totally know what you mean! I’ve been sitting on a plateau for a good month now. So I gave myself a cheat day today to “reset” my system. Going on a strict diet starting Monday though :slight_smile:

i did not do any yo yo dieting through out 6 months . ate roti daily and sometimes rice too.
i reduced sugar, junk food and drinks , ice creams , chocolates and dining out.

thank you every one who supported me. it was really motivated thread for me. :flowers:

it felt so good to see these before and after numbers after a long time. thank you paklinks to save my thread till now.
i am still reducing my weight without staving and crushing diets. its all about eat healthy and stay active as much as possible.
