set small goals for your self, i usually go according lbs and not inches as inches i only check once a month!

This sounds like a 75 kilo individual - Suggest reduction to 60 kilos - 38 inch torso, 27 inch waist and 36 inch hips - as a target

27 waist is long way to go. but yes it should be my final target.
i have planned three intermediate targets from 1st June till 31 December.
target1 : waist 34 till eid
target2 : waist 32 till eid azha
target3 waist 30 till dec
from 1st June i am focusing on my diet. drink 1.5 to 2.5 water litter daily. eliminate tea (i was drinking three times a day in past with 1 tsp sugar) , junk food and drinks.
from june i ate only one walls ice cream.
i am eating home made salon(vagi, daal,chicken) with one roti in lunch and dinner. in breakfast fried egg with two bread slice and a glass of milk.
i cant stave. just cant. but i take fruits when i feel hungry.
in july i will also start brisk walk IA.

i put this weight in two years. two years ago i was 63 kg. with 32 waist.
i want my that shape back. what do you think? can i achieve this till December?

I think you should aim towards getting healthy instead of worrying too much about the numbers. However, I would recommend you to work out and stop eating fried stuff. If you really want fried eggs, use a cooking spay instead so it will not be oily.
With salons, use minimal oil. Ex: do not do tarka wali daal.
Try incorporating more raw veggies and fruits in your diet also.
Plus eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 so you will feel more satisfied and not binge. Use 2% milk instead of whole milk.
Do not starve yourself. It is a lifestyle change so just start making better decisions about food.
Try eating more veggies than fruits as fruits have sugar.

My target will give me motivation towards healthy life.I can't skip milk as I am taking it from childhood.but I can reduce the quentity
Sure I will try to use less oil in egg.in my place there is no tarka kind daal concept and we use less oil.
I am doing birsk walk and stairs up down but it need to be more regular.

Paklady, cutting out the junk food should make a big difference..
I stopped eating burgers (and red meat in general) and dropped from 59 to 45kg in two months.. 50kg was actually my target weight..

I weight exactly the same, same height and similar measurements. :(
I was 168 lbs before… have lost 10 lbs this month but plan on being 145 by Eid and hubby's b-day :)
My goal is to get to 125 (I used to be 115 but that was too thin). So I suggest you set small goals of 5 kgs… until you reach your goal. My goal is to lose 2 lbs each week.

Well I over estimated by a few kilos ... Anyway ... You are right that 27 inch is hard. Getting to 31 inches will be fine with a diet, but to get to 27 you will need put in a lot of effort in good exercise routine including a pilates regime or yoga. I suggest you dedicate certain days for vegetarian food only.

Before you start home exercise heated up your body and get prepared for exercise,
this exercise is for stomach area, arms and even include your back and neck area…
