How Much is 250 Gms?

I do not have measuring cups and i want to make pineapple cake in microwave.
I nedd to know how much is 250 gms and 200 gms in cup?
I am guessing it will be half a cup ? :confused:
Plz help

Normal tea mug carries 250 grams each of rice or a lentil. And most water glasses as well.

Check yourself. Bring one KG rice packet and see how many glasses or cups you can make it from.
