If I am understanding your question Nomi - you’re not looking for a dollar amount so much as a list of expenses that a woman incurs and that her husband needs to pay for.
Like the others have said, what a woman spends money on depends on the woman - some women consider a visit to the salon a necessity while others consider it a luxury, some insist that they need to eat out once or more a week, other women don’t expect a night out ever, except as a treat. Thus, there is no universal or single answer to your question.
I’ve modified the list you and Mirch came up with to reflect the real categories - how each couple spends within that category depends entirely on that couple.

Well I know joint account is normally way to go but if one spouse is earning all the money, a separate bank account for other spouse gives him/her sense of financial independence

What I added to the list are not requirements , but they are mere suggestions . Every relationship has it’s own requirements and every relationship is unique.
