Waiters make a criminally low wage..its pretty self righteous to think that ur doing htem a favor by NOT tipping them. 
Always be nice to hte person who serves you food.
Dont get me wrong, i love desi people (not a gori wannabe) but our lot seesm to be the worst both as customers AND as workers (have a million and one stories here)
PS, everyone tells me everyone other ethnic group is jsut as bad.
