Again I disagree … so we have a manager to pat us on the back … but the waiter doesnt have the shop owner to give him the incentive?

very wrong concept lucid .. the restaurant isnt run by the waiters … arent you being unfair tipping only the waiter … they have a restaurant manager in every place you go .. its the job of the restaurant manager to give them the pat in the back … and they too have career prospects , they do a good job , they become the counter staff , front desk staff , some progress to several other admin roles within the restaurants …

so please guys admit is , tipping is nothing but another form of bribery ..

but people I can go both ways – tips and no tip… since I give tip but would LOVE to avoid it too
