In upscale NY restaurants waiters usually make more then 5000-7000$ just from tipping.. same goes for high-end bars ... !
Exactly , if the waiters and all these professions dont get a basic salary from their employers ...I will then be very happy to tip them !
but not when they are getting a basic salary and look for tips on the top !
