CB: The waiter in USA gets like $2 per hour because the rest is believed that they will earn through tipping.
So if he does not get any tip for the rest of the hour, he is in trouble already...:(
I am talking about diners / restaurants where they seat you and serve you.
In upscale NY restaurants waiters usually make more then 5000-7000$ just from tipping.. same goes for high-end bars ... !
