How much do you tip?

Again, you're comparing apples and oranges... while bribes are meant to get someone to do what you want them to do (negotiated / paid before service)... tips are given post service to show your appreciation of a job well-done.

Bribes and Tips are two totally different things...

and for everyone who justifies not giving tips by saying that they don't get tips to do their jobs at their workplace... the next time you're at the barber's or the restaurant, and you get good service, and still don't feel like tipping... how many of you will actually go to the manager and praise the service you received from the person who served you? Not many... Herein lies the difference... while at your workplace, your manager gets to give you a pat on the back and your client commends you for your service which affects your future prospects at work... it doesn't work the same way in service jobs.
