i once got a chance to go with my cousin whos friend that he was studying with lived there.khair that place had no shops and they used to eat from their very ouwn kahit what ever they used to cultivate .anday bhi apni murhiyoon ke:konfused: ,dhoondh apni bhaisoon ka.
the funny part was the girl(cousin ke dost ke behan) me and my other cousin asked her if how old she was but the poor thing didnt know:bummer:.At first i thought she was kidding par nai:bummer:
I grew up on desi eggs and apni gaen ka dhoodh and playing with baby goats, sheeps, and birds, riding gadha gari, sliding on muddy hills in rain and bathing in khalas and tubewells(for fun, we had regular showers). When I was younger, we spent atleast a month every year in our gaon. So the village lifestyle is not odd to me.
But my moms side of the family is from the city so one of my khala was visiting us in gaon once and gaon’s drinking water is kinda brownish color. She drank and when she saw the color of the water she drank, she fainted
I have visited about 5 or 6 different villages in Jhelum including my own family's village. However as a girl I have not been able to see the villages in full and was actually quite shocked on my last visit when I went with my Dadi Ama to someone's house and there were about 8 buffaloes inside. I love going to my village though because it feels so historical and personal and the views from the dam and hills are beautiful. Only thing I don't like is the bumpy road on the way.
I am eating my Blackcurrant jam and listening to music, and other things of what I do in early morning and thinking nothing can disturb me. And I see my two charlie's angels are having tit for tat and I am smack in the middle of it. I don't know about you guys, but thats just pisses me off. So nanhi penguin, she asked me a question and let me answer that. And I always answer everything masoom ask me. :)
masoom, you said that I said none so how I can be wise. Maybe or maybe not, thats how you look at it. I have visited several villages both in punjab and nwfp, but I am a city boy and remained a city boy for all my life. If you don't live there you can't really judge what village folks think, feel, imagine or sense. I do feel awed, impressed or shocked when I go there, but in the end I come back to the comforts of my city leaving them behind. So I said none, and that will be my answer. :)
Please nobody will ask me how Blackcurrant jam is, I don't know what its made but its tastes kinda funny though. Thanks.
i went to my nani’s village:sadiyah: i loved it there even when i was a kid and used to go there i loved it its just different to what my norml lifestyle is
