I should have passed the first time. I passed all the subsections except for one and the examiner failed me. He even said that I was really good, but just needed to work on parking, and yes my parking was horrible and it still is.

i passed my first time! only because i had been driving for 3 years prior to the road test. also, i wasnt nervous at all..i feel as if the intructors usually fail people by checking their level of confidence..oh and if they screw up on the parking

The second time it snowed a couple of days before my exam and it was raining that day. I could not see any markings on the ground due to the snow so I took a couple of wide turns. Also, I went 35 in a 30 school zone and that is an automatic fail.
The third time, the time I passed, I had the same examiner as the first time and it was exactly the same route as the first time. I had virtually no mistakes and passed with a "well done" written on my evaluation sheet.
