i am not happy :(
i would love to loose some weight but its kinda hard for me..but i am still trying...i need a 'dieting' buddy..someone who can keep track of what i am doing/eating

i dont think any girl will ever be happy -- considering we constantly compare ourselves with other girls - jealousy has become the foundation for women...sadly enough...
-- also because most of our 'role models - literally models...are in such particular sizes --- no matter how comfortabel u may be in the size u r --- u;ll always come out and say 'i wish...." --> u have to be able to take ur body as it is ... and work it
be thankful what Allah (swt) gave u...

ur taking the what people like to call the easier route — in fact dieting is possibly the worst thing any girl can do — food is a necessity — u shud be eating three times a day at LEAST…but eat in portions — and excerising is most essential - ive taken up squash with a few friends and its the best workout ever — find out what u enjoy doing and try doing that everyday —
eat healthy - and stay active — it is hard at first, but once u start…u;ll get it

And pear shape is not an answer.
I am not. Off and on exercise doesn't do any good, neither does watching what I eat one day, and just eating anything I want the other day.
Maybe one day. Not to say that I am fat or anything even close. But still, there is room for improvement.
first of all --- i hate when i hear when girls are like -- ohhh i dont eat carbohydrates--- well ahem u need carbs
i watch a lot of shows-- and one time this girl said - every person has their own way of doing something- --if u like chocolate...dont completely stop because then u;ll end up not eating it at all...and then one day u'll attack chocoloate --- binging is the worst thing to do....eat in portions --- thats basically that ur eating all the time...but in portions....control urself----the worst thing to do is starve...and then eat all at once -- u;ll not only feel sick but its horrible

a rule of thumb should be to eat a considerable amound of protein and carbs... and cut down with fats... simple as that... guys who're interested in workout.... they should intake whey protein, to enhance your muscle growth.

Lol no its not coz u have no meat to insulate you, its coz u lack someting in your nutrition system, some type of vitamins or someting, because im not skinny at all, but i feel cold always.

I am at a nice weight at the moment but I do feel that
I need to tone up a bit which I am working on by diet
and excercise. Well not so much diet cause I always give
in to my cravings.

baigette thats not always true, if i lost the tummy fat and gained a lot of strength, I would more than happy with me..even though i am like 5'1 and pretty chubby :D

I was super athletic and muscular but since I moved out and started college and whatnot, all that muscle mass is basically gone and so I did lose weight but at the same time, its all fat now. Running and eating 5 times a day is what'll keep you in shape

its been recommended to eat 4-6 meals a day, but I can't do that, ill end up eating too much and i don thave the money or time to keep going out and buying 4 meals a day (since i'm out all day)...so i just eat once or twice..
Just started gym today, am pretty proud of myself even tho i only did it for a small amt of time, it was a gud workout
