come on girlz we must see the ground facts. and it is the reality that very few girlz today can cook. as compare to girlz of same ages some ten years ago.

well thats prob cos more girls today are getting higher education. its hard to balance studying with housework/cooking, and so one of them has to suffer... might as well be the latter.

^^ That’s not true. People adapt with the society. Back then, it was necessary for all women to know how to cook well. I’m not saying girls today don’t need to know how to cook, but people have been brought up in different atmospheres. Each persons skills adapt accordingly.

Vesay…I like inventing my own foods sometimes. Just experimenting and stuff :mudhosh:

I didnt mean to imply that my reasoning was the sole cause of the lack of culinary skills of todays girls, just one of the reasons.

my mom yells at me n says i should watch her in the kitchen while she cooks “jab meri ami kitchen mein hoti thi…to mein unke saath saath hoti thi…har cheez dekhti thi..tumhaari umer mein mujhe sab kuch aata tha…” aww man..everyday its like that! n again…she doesnt appreciate the fact that i know so much arready

i cant cook either na , mom and father is always naggin that u should learn na :(, cook once a week , but i dont want to na :blush:.But i can cook some norwegian dishes na , i am not that bad in cookin :snooty:
