How many Alarms do you need to wake up?

Pretty embarrassing but true story. I wake up around 8:30. The rest are for late days.

I have 2 alarms on my phone and a tv on timer blasting on full volume…

1 alarm(5:15AM) For weekdays.
sometimes one snooze.
1 alarm(9:00AM) for weekends.
mostly i wakeup before my weekend alarm.

My mind works as an alarm … I just need to tell myself to wake up at what time before going to sleep

Kkf that’s a disease every human needs sleep.

Usually 1 alarm is fine but if I am too tired then I don’t know how many alarms I need.

One, for now. I try not to hit snooze, if I’m up I’m up. Weekends are a whole another story. A lot of times I don’t even hear my alarm I just sleep through it.

Tend to wake up before the alarm and if I don’t…one is usually sufficient as I’m a light sleeper.
