first of all, keep you ignorance aside while commenting about Pakistan as horrible country.
there is no restriction taking money abroad through banks from Pakistan. that what all multinationals are doing when having business in Pakistan. and all the importers paying to sellers abroad.
the law you reffering is to about taking currency notes of Pakistan outside in cash!!!! normally when you transfer the money to any international bank, it will made in the receiving banks currency by the receiving banks, unless you have rupee account in the receiving bank. which is not very common in UK/USA.
there are following methods for you to transfer money abroad.
- Direct TT/ or Bank Transfer from your Pak Bank to any international bank!
Make a Bankers Demand Draft from the Pakistani Bank cash-able at the host country and city into your bank account. its safe and legel transfer.
third option is use money exchanges to transfer money, many will do legel transfers.
you can transfer money to any foreign currency including $, £, Euro etc etc. meaning your rupies will be converted into the receiving banks account currency. dont know if its possible even if you transfer rupee, the receiving bank will convert it into local currency.
last but not least, learn to respect elders, they way you addressed your grand father is really appalling in the first post. looks like you are only interested in his money nothing else.
