neither of one is actually inventor or make it.
renaming old merc plant as Tata or Suzuki as maruti or Margala doesnt mean both countries create own cars.

Who said that india doesnt create cars??? Indica was made indegenously in india by tata, hence the name indica. We do create mate, pakistan doesnt. Recently Tata also made 1 ton truck from SCRATCH. It is called Ace. Right now they are selling it in india and also exporting to countries like south africa, sri lanka.
Also when they came out with suzuki swift last here, it was a joint collabaration between engineers in India and Japan. Most global car companies now have a R&D center in india including Volvo, hyundai, Rolls royce, ford etc

the underlying problem with whole industry / politics / laws is our own everyday ETHICS! Its the nations with better ethics that progresses! Ethics bring hard work, honesty, discipline ... hence GOOD PRODUCTS!
I absolutly HATE when desi people complain about something! You don't like something? YOu have the power to change it! maybe it a small change but you could start something ... and then next guy who wants to change will build on the structure you started!

ok give me an indian created engine part number!!
creation is not assembling with some tweeks to design. Tata had moved on to design and develop somwhat own.
other companies who has R&D in india are not based on initial knowledge of India and anything outsourced doesnt mean it has right to own it.
