I don’t mean to be rude but I have PCOS and I could be an relaxed as the dali lama and I still wouldn’t be able to have a baby without the help of medical intervention. Being relaxed isn’t going to get my body to release and egg. Also Im not over wieght, losing weight wasn’t going to help me either. I know for some women losing weight helps.

There is not “cure” for PCOS…its a syndrome with means that it can be controlled but if you have it, you have it.

^^^thank you for saying this!!! i also suffered from PCOS (along with severe endometriosis) 2 rounds of IVF and kids later, it’s now been 4 years since I’ve had a full hysterectomy (ovaries, tubes & uterus), and I STILL suffer from PCOS…I’m still on Metformin…like you said..once you have it, you have it…it’s not just about the ovaries or exercising or being a little overweight…it’s about how your body is programmed to metabolize (in my case, insulin resistance)
