well what my feeling is that u r pointing or referring towards a special situation, this sign thing can’t be use all time, when u r sitting with more than 2 persons or in family gathering, will u still use this sign thing, no never

you can actually.
just like you can talk in different languages while the other person doesn’t understand you.
It may be rude but its not impossible and I’m not implying or referring to a special situation. It happens all the time. Just because you’ve never come across it doesn’t mean its rare.
