As the resident mullah, I hereby issue a fatwa on kissing. It is Haram (with a capital H, aur H ki awaz halaq se niklay gi - Halway ki terha) for desis and should be avoided at all costs. No matter how cozy you are sitting with your spouse, all snuggled up, looking into each other’s eyes, right before you enter the no-return zone, DISTRACT DISTRACT! As a first measure, start thinking about something else…like my avatar.

How can desi couples not kiss, yet have sex?

Kissing is excellent foreplay no? Apart from that, you kiss in the morning when you say bye, kiss when you see each other in the evening. As in, just a peck.

How can one not kiss his/her significant other?

Ok I know my parents don’t do it (in public anyway, dont know what went on behind doors). But I think it’s one of the most important ways of expressing love and affection.
