How Important Is GS In Your Life?

So?

I see that most of you devote a good chunk of your time to GUPSHUP. How would your lives be any different without GS? I wonder if all of you active guppies/guppans are big time introverts. May be some of you don’t have friends, or family to spend time with and you turn to GS? Some of you here have jobs that require you to be on computer so you turn to GS to stave off boredom.

I believe most of you here lead pretty normal/average lives. I just want to know your reason for being here. I hope you don’t mind sharing.

o and one more thing. Do people close to you know about your best friend GUPSHUP?

um no im not an introvert, have gr8 friends in real life, but im probably more closer to some ppl on here. i love gupshup, and if it was a place for losers and rejects thn we wudnt hv so many intelligent ppl on here.

ummm aurr yea i spend A LOT of time on here, obviously cant party with friends every day.

and on some days i enjoy being on here more:bummer:

^ GS is not a place for losers and rejects, that's why I am asking what makes people stay here. What is so great about GS that anybody who joins GS gets addicted..!!

it's like an addiction that somehow keeps me wondering what's happening on GS and what guppies are talking about. I somehow have to check GS atleast once a day or I feel completely weird...

I tend to think ppl frequent forums on a regular basis because firslty it's a break away from the norm, relaxation time.. also one can just about talk about any topic as openly and honestly as they like to without losing their anonymity.

*GUPSHUP is nothing but time waste. PPL take it far too serious, most of the ppl who sit and post here 24/7 have no life in real, and I can challenge that to anyone. Most of the guppies who have 20,30K and + posts are sick people in real life, who lack attention. Kayi ko aqal a gayi jo gupshup choR gaye aur kayoN ko aa jayegi.

Bahir phirro, ghoomo get involved in some activities. Log itna serious lete haiN gupshup ko, that har koi doosray say acha banna chahta hai, har koi yahi chahta hai kay uski posts and replies doosray say ache hoN, this is a fact. Bad addiction. Most of the ppl lie, most of them show their "good" side only. 90% of the guppies are tharki jo andar hi andar larkion say baat kar kay chaskay lete haiN and visa versa. Kitne hazaro affairs chal chukke gupshup par.

I am a web developer, progammer & graphic designer, so most of the my work is involved being online, so I have to be online pretty much, thats why I have always bit of time to post crap and fazool stuff on here, warna mai kabhi na karooN itna ziyada bi.

Bottom line is that jo larkian larkay akele haiN, ya jo ye claim karte hain kay wo bore hote haiN, ghar koi hota nahi, and the impression that wo kaam par haiN, aur chuwwi ghentay threads refresh kar rahe hote haiN, sab bahana hai!

GO out , Get involved in real life activities.

post zaroor karo, magar itna jitna munasib ho ,kissi bi cheez ka misuse acha nahi hota.

Most of the mods and users stay "invisible" 24/7 of their time, if you post one bad thing in any forum,the next second the forum mod will appear and delete it. Itni to addiction hai in logo ko.

Andar say tumhe pata hai , waise b I dont give a damn, aisa hona chahiye kay agar kal ko banda ban ho jaye to aise na lagay kay insaan handicap ho gya hai, atleast I wont feel that way without GS, so its all good. Wese I disagree, everybody has a story to tell. It’s not because they don’t have a life or they can’t get one. Her koi awara to hota nahi hai ke un ki activities sirf BAHIR jaaker hon, You could do tons online, one of those things is meeting people. I don’t see anything wrong with that. :stuck_out_tongue:

True but show a little sensitivity here, some youngsters lead a very sheltered lifestyle due to restrictions threfore their only escape is online forums.

Koi buri baat nahi milna, mainne khud flirting ki hai on GS, mainne to openly ishq laraya tha, phone par batain ki, it was fun, acha time pass hoa, maine kab kaha …magar tareeka ghalt hai. Success rate dekho online affairs ka to the majority will always have a bad ending, kiyonkay “real online” stuff is not real, insaan ki nature hai apna bura chupana aur acha dikhana, so its wrong way of geting to know someone. ....I personally have offline friends but they are non pakistanis so just to get some diversity I guess

I wonder how all the guppies were feeling when Gupshup was down for a while a few weeks back....it's become a habit checking GS na?
