Personalllyyyy Work for atleast 40 mins. Get your heart beating FAST-cardio is best way to burn calories. Mix in some resistance using large muscle groups if you can.
Thats all i would say about excercise really.
At the gym, I do 30 mins treadmill excluding a 10 min warm up. I do a light jog but on a pretty high gradient, some people like to do HIIT high intensity interval training which is wear you walk for a few mins and then do a blast of sprinting then walk a little bit. I also do 30 mins eliptical on level 5 keeping the speed thingy at 140 ish. And then I do resistance legs mainly. JM 30 min shred is brilliant for excercise at home followed by some skipping/ step ups/ run
The thing is though cupcake. I dont think it really matters what you do as long as move for 40 mins, work up a sweat, get the breathing going and get your heart working!
