Re: How does one apply mascara??
I normally apply them with my eyes open looking in the mirror really close so my nose is almost touching the mirror i look up and just wave the wand gently under my lashes.
dont blink when putting mascara on 
it smugdes
BEST Mascara i;ve used is below it never clumps my lashes giving them lenght and volume
