OK the best application for mascara is as follows:
Holding a mirror and tip your head little back, look ahead, start application at the root of the lashes, best place to start is the middle, wiggle the wand slightly towards outer end of lashes and hold for a few seconds. Then using same technique apply to the side of the lashes but do not put wand back into mascara otherwise you will have heavy coverage at the end of lashes. Before the mascara dries, take a lash comb and comb through the lashes to separate them. Use same technique for the other eye. Give the mascara around 5 minutes to dry and then repeat procedure. **Under no condition wipe your mascara wand onto anything as you could transfer bacteria to your eye and also never, ever share your mascara with others, or use water to thin the mascara as this is a recipe for bacteria to multiply. **Good luck.
