With my plain paratha! With the aloo or daal paratha (which we call bir’haiN), I eat either timatar ki chutney or kondha ki tarkari - I like masalay-daar foods with aloo or daal-parathas.

yeah…we call it tht too..and we eat tht daal wala paratha with aam and istoo(do pyaza of meat)
