Yes. You can enroll at a program at any age. My friend is currently doing that [she’s around 36] and has 2 children. She has memorized 15 paras already, mashaAllah.

Not excatly like other things in life it take dedication but theres no reason why one person who is commited cannot attain Hifz e Koran, men like me are nothing I have known blind men to learn the Koran by simply knowing the words so who says a man or woman cannot learn Koran by heart.

I did memorize two paras in my school days - then later due to my own stupidity I didnt complete it .

Willing to do it again in near future .

My point is - it takes a dedicated time - which could be from six months to six years - when we respect educated people ( let say a doctor or an engineer) because of their efforts - they put in their studies .

Should we not atleast give the same respect to hufaaZ ?

I mean whether a hafiz/hafiza follows Islam to the Tee or not - thats a different issue !

But atleast start giving the credit where it is due !

So how should One reacts on a Rishta from a hafiz/Hafiza - I say for the start , Just act normal
