yea. i have a habit of sleeping late, gotta get up early for work. so i miss sleep
appetite is good. i eat enough
i feel i am getting fatter, so i need to work out a bit.

  2. do you consider yourself to be very critical and negative in normal circumstances
  3. ever experienced real quick transition b/w hyper and low mood
  4. do you repetitively do some acts out of habit, like wash your hands or check doors excessively?

you are a bit of a pessimist, not too entirely satisfied with people around and tend to nitpick every teeny tiny details out of things. Generally look at the details than the whole picture. Also you appear to be a bit on the introvert side…but but all normal
