that’s a good suggestion…the problem is that contribution is needed…and there are others that want to be active participants but can’t because the position is full…

I didn’t realize there are limits in terms of # of positions available to fill. In parallel to Mr. T’s suggestion (which you will most certainly find doesn’t measure upnto mine), why not remove the limits on # of positions. More the merrier.

(I would have also added : why not go easy on off topic posts. But that wouldn’t be prudent).
