let him know what you want, say, "if you massage my feet once now i'll definitely do it for you tonight" or something similar.

or remind of how nicely he had made chai for you in the past even if it was one time and that he made it so delicious that you would like him to make it again

but TLK bhai there are women that do all this for their man and the husband rarely reciprocates it, not all men will be like you if you are like that, especially the very traditional thinking men

Yes, I am newly married.

He is nice but acts like a buddha...doesnt want to go out or do much. Doesnt make me feel pretty or is romantic.

I am not 45 years old and this is not the end of my life.

He doesnt even compliment my dresses.

Satrangi, ask yourself first, what do you do for him?
Foster a more romantic atmosphere in your relationship; inspire him. My definition of romance is a bit weird, so I'll leave it to the married folks on here to give you a better idea of how to achieve the romance.
