If we have to stop suicide bombing we will need the 'scholars/ulemas' who are not on militants side continuously repeat it on TV/radio/media "suicide bombing is haram", we will need endorsement from Imam-e-Ka'aba etc.

Eradicate illiteracy and poverty. It is a long term solution but addresses the core issue.
If people are educated about Islam, they would know the meaning of Jehad If money is reaching the poor and unemployment rate is decreased then people will have less time to think about extreme measures.

Ask ISI to stop the cooperation and freeze all kind of supportive training, inteligence, money funding via dubious channels (which come from Saudia)
The only problem is that in todays world if u want to rule according to ur own extreme u've to have an equal seeming/looking enemy which poses severe threat to the very core of the civil society

ISI (and other powers) had a perfect answer to the Afghan war .... but once that was over no one bothered to think about the next step how to integrate a whole generation of these jehadi/fighters into a society which is becoming more & more alien to their view of things , a generation of jehadi/fighters which has grown up knowing only one thing as the most important in life

Yeah, but out of a population of educated and employed people, the number of terrorists can be counted on one hand.. But in a population of uneducated, unemployed, and disaffected religously indoctrined extremists, the number of fanatics and their supporters are in the thousands, as is the case with FATA.
Poor people are easier to control through education and employment oppurtunites. Consider, the poor man will forego extremist tendencies for the sake of provinding for his family.. The rich and educated guy will leave his job and risk everything because his family is well of, and dont need him to support them.

PP1, it is an established fact that poverty engender crimes, a poor man has nothing to loose, he otherwise considers his life useless, by sacrificing his life in the cause of Allah (as per their perception) he will atleast be good in the afterworld.

No, I disagree with that method. How can you punish a two year old child of s suicide bomber for her father's actions? It wasn't her fault, and you can never punish someone else for another person's crimes. That'd be no better than current corruption where one person does the crime and some poor guy from the pind is bribed into getting the punishment.
Surveillance over masjids and madrassas and registering of madrassas and an overhaul of religious curriculum in the country is the only way at this point to deal with the situation. Providing more educational opportunities and making a public school up to at least matric a mandatory standard in the country is necessary as well. The madrassas need to live up to the same standards and benchmarks as public gov't schools.
Its not hard. Its suprising that the government isn't being more active in this direction.

It will end when Pakistanis start respecting each others as human beings. Forget the Mullah and moderates, just bring Shia-Sunni divide and see the non-muslim taunt go forward.
Pakistan has long stand supported these radicals, they have splinter into different and numerous cells after the military called off the aid. Now they are hell bent in starting an armed uprising. They want a full-fledge war in Pakistan, just watch how the Lal Masjid episode went. My Mullah and other friends think that it is because of government, but basically they were set up to have these many casualties. Do you actually believe they can over take Pakistan with the military we have? They want to create an incident for anger and conspiracy where Pakistanis believe that their government wants to kill them. This is what they are accomplishing. Most of the Pakistanis on other side think that just the leadership is the problem, fact of the matter is buddy, these terrorists will kill your family too if they happen to be in the crowd.

This is exactly what Muslim scholars believe in. Its a major misconception that Pakistani Ulemas support suicide bombings and killings of innocent citizens (be them Muslims or non Muslims).
You think that these stupid Suicide bombers will stop if you stop praying their Namaz-e-Janaza. In fact they claim to be Shaheed and there is no Namaz-e-Janaaza of shaheed, anyway, in Islam. That punishment will make them more happy.
And anyway, I never heard of Namaz-e-Janaza being offered for any suicide bomber (at least in Pakistan) by any Aalim. Plus what is there left of this suicide bomber so one can offer Namaaz-e-Janaza.
On a similar note, there is no such thing as Ghaibana Namaz-e-Janaaza. It’s just a shobda bazi and a political stunt. It has no Shraa'i value and I have not seen any real Aalim participating in Ghaibana Nammaz-e-Janaaza. I am just saying that because one can argue that yes remains are not there but Ulema do Ghaibana Namaaz

Answer is obvious and has been for a long time. Only people who don't want to hear the true answer keep asking in the hope that somehow a different answer will come up.As every muslim terrorist has said, they commit their murders in the name of god, based on falsehood taught as religion. First thing to do is to:1. Put highly visible recorders in each mosque and madrissa. Have the recordings reviewed by a large "Anti inflammation and religious mis-intepretation agency"2. Any mulla giving such speech is immediately jailed for a minimum of 3 years3. Develop a "myth and real" course for all grades and make it compulsory for all students. The topoics should include clear statements specifically debunking the martyrdom nonsense, the kafir vs muslim nonsense, the "am I permitted to breathe" nonsense etc. It should put religion as a small but valuable part of character building rather than a operating procedure for life's minutiaSecondly, round up all influrntial religious leaders, imams etc and warn them specifically that they better stop this sect is better than other sect crap. Violators will be set a min of 5 years in jail plus will forefeit any public position, elected and nominated.Thirdly, break-up Isi into military and nion-mil agencies, nationalize all their 'assets' and put them on an annual zero-based budgeting. No covert investigations should be allowed for the military part. The civilian iss should obviously be renamed and integrated with various law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies, subject to all laws of evidence, civilan rights and malfeasance.Fourthly, govt should stop using fake religious grounds for claims on Kashmir and start laying other arguements. This issue has only brought national and generational destruction so far and there's no reason to believe it will work in future - uit hasn't worked for 5 decades under dozens of leaders. yes the enemy of pakistan is the religious mullas and the religious pretexts of the mullas and some politicians

I dont know... You look at the reality of terrorism and the fact speak for themselves.. Most of the known big wigs in terror and many of the lower rung workers are all well off and well educated...
Its mere speculation, but I suspect that give a poor man a job, and responsibilites, he will not turn to terrorism... Terrorism is motivated by ideaology, while crime is motivated by greed or just difficult circumstance..
A poor man wouldnt become a terrorist unless had resposiblities like a a family to take care off... A well off person would since he doesnt have a family to look after..

The best advice so far.... I'd like to add that government should send in informers to infiltrate these jihadi's systems and foil their plots and arrest leaders and shoot them on sight.
