okay, in that case you’ll have to upload the video somewhere on a server space, and then post it using the [media] Tag. Like if you have your own webpage? through your internet provider mostly. then you can upload it there.. else I can help you with some

depends what you mean by post? do u mean as link or by embedding it into ur post? if its embedding then try uping the wmv on youtube and using YT code in ur blog, if its link then just up it on some free one click hosting sites.
