You can disagree with the actions but not being able to have a candid conversation about sex is a huge problem in Pakistan. You can express your views without labeling things “disgusting”.
While I do agree that almost every guy indulges in it, it’s not a certainty. There’s actually a forum on reddit for people who abstain from masturbation. What’s interesting is that it was started by an atheist, meant to help people who were addicted to porn. Not everyone there is single, many people choose to abstain so that their partner is the sole focus of their sexuality.
On a related note, our brains are on a bit of an overdrive nowadays, with the easy availability of porn, movies, games, etc. Smartphones are probably the worst offenders. Some people make the claim that shutting the world out once in a while, and praying, meditating, or engaging in some other activity is great for recharging.
