Its not a non-Muslim thing. Men of all ages have indulged in self-gratification since the time of Adam and Eve.
All your male relatives including your father and brothers also do it. I guess men are just disgusting. And worse yet many of them think about naked women while doing it.

People (male and female) have been doing it since the beginning of time.. I'd assume most of those around me have.. it's like 'it' without the risks..

You can safely say, Every man does it. Married or unmarried. Even married men like some ME time. May be during those 7 black days. But they do. Its a lot of pleasure as control is all in man's hand and pleasure doesnt finish so quickly and also not much physical effort involved in keeping urself in a specific position. For women, I think not all women do it. I will be surprised even if close to 50% do it especially after having a partner..

Yeah it not a non-Muslim thing, but sure it is an unIslamic thing as far as i know. it is prohibited to indulge in this, that is why my question was directed for Muslims.

Wanna give any reference to where it is prohibited. I havent heard of a single place where it is prohibited yet. I am not a scholar nor very paak saaf banda. Not saying that. But on facebook etc and anyother quotes, never heard of it. Heard a lot about fornication and adultry, not this one yet.
