I suppose the answer here is to not read threads like these. I mean, from the way in which it was written, when I read the OP I thought she meant doing things that make you feel empowered or happy like taking a bubble bath or looking in the mirror and self-praising or something lol I dunno… I only realised what this thread was about after reading the subsequent posts!
