I read few posts, one point which was missed is:
in west and in pakistan rape got different motives.
In west its because guys want to punish woman.(unless they are intoxicated). So even you see psychology books or search net you always find statements like "rape has nothing to do with S"

How ever in pakistan, Its mostly done by S-xly frustrated guys. If 5 guys force them self on a shy girl from their neighborhood, I mean .. what are the chances of girl inviting such an aggression?? none!!

I don't want to make this topic more ugly but, those devil worshippers force them selves on boys too.
So I say Its purely sexual frustration.

My reply won't have any profanity but you don't get my point. I ain't against anyone here.. If you had posted the thread as an issue.. it would've been different.. You clearly want the "intentions" for rape. Who in this world does not know the intentions behind a guy raping a girl???!! It is an issue I am well aware of. I am not justifying men raping women either but you might want to state it as an issue not a question asking "why men rape".. get my point??

yes i read that story and its unacceptable and i think before punishing the 5 gusy (i really mean capital punishment here no shame to say that) their mind should be examined and they should be subjected to profound phychological research to find out what motivated them to do this inhumane and hideous crime, so that next time this can be prevented.

well there was a story in the papers many years ago, about 8 or 9 yrs back. this hindi guy went to one their festivals, and got drunk. he had his college bag or something with him, and he grabbed the nearest ( or something) girl put the bag over her head, and raped her..it was at night somewhere dark, i cant rem. anyway when he took the bag off her face, OR i think when the lights came on, he sawher face and it was none other than his own sister…he commited suicide after.

a friend of a friend was raped by none other than her own husband soon after marriage..it was an arranged marriage and she wanted to get to know him before taking it to the next level and also she was on her period so she couldnt even if she wanted to..he had ‘enough’ so one day she was ill and he gave her ‘medication’ saying it was for her stomach ache and it turned out to be some sort of date rape drug..and she woke up the next day and realised what had happend…very sickening story!!!
