Well I am a medical student but I won’t certainly be not limiting myself to doctors. Most doctors end up marrying a doc because they usually find their SO in medical school or residency and they have little time to socialize and look outside the profession. Also I think it is easier to understand and talk about stuff with your partner about how your day went if they are health care professional.** Imagine wife asking hubby how the day went and he replied 2 of his patients died!! **That would be a bummer lol

But personally I would happy with anyone who has some sort of graduate degree and a job because it is important for two people to be at the same intellectual level.

Weirder still would be for him to chuckle like Dr. Hibbert in The Simpsons.
