What I know, When MQM had home ministry (**before 2008 **election), law and order situation was quite good, not only in Karachi but throughout Sindh.

Agreed, May 12, 2007 was a shining example of law and order situation in all of Karachi, all of Sindh and all of Pakistan :k:
