does this look like that he is a cheat or a fraud? Please remember that she met him through shadi.com and this is not one of those conventional rishta process where guy or his sister saw the girl in some function and approached her

She can take him to masjid on friday. Pray the jumma together. If he plans to marry her, he will be happy that the girl he wants to marry is religious meaning his kids would be in good hands.
If he just want to use her, he would be like OMG she is such a nice girl and am gona use her shame on me. He will back off :)

IMO she should wait for his parents. If he really wanna know about her they can talk on phone..... Don't meet this guy before he send his parents to her home or call them.

Normally desparate guys (for finding just gf) are on matrimonial sites as well.. they just talk to girls.. become bf type of thing and at the end of the day they say...... "oh mery parents nahin maan rahy i am so sorry". So be careful.

Saying 'I love you' after meeting a girl for just 10-15 minutes.... the guy is a genius :D

Your friend was very bold and courageous to meet a guy after just few chats and now she is scared. Let your friend meet her brother and she should ask the guy that they would never meet again until after the parents met and talk regarding the rishta. Chatting and phone will help in getting to know stage (which I wonder if he really needs since he already 'loves' her). She should never meet him again, alone or with anyone, other than letting him meet the brother.

Sounds a bit creepy, but hey, at least he intends to get parents involved.
I wouldn't jump into it so soon though, meet up a few more times, what if he has the personality of a plank of wood?
And yes, the 'I love you' so soon is very odd.

Let your friend's brother meet the guy. Being a guy and brother he will be able to judge differently.
I know of a couple of rishtas that happened through these matrimonial sites. Things happen a little faster when you are using the website. If the guy is serious to find rishta on shadi.com he probably will not be wasting time making gfs. Just my opinion.

But have her brother meet and then do a little investigation about the guy.
If brother thinks the guy is good enough, he can then ask the guy to have his parents just call and talk to her parents. Her parents can invite him over for dinner, meet him etc. There is no need to jump to conclusions after one meeting.
