AbraCadabra so you are a girl! Oh yeah it is not only awkward for you girls it is awkward for us guys too! Other guys and friends also have a habit of teasing you whenever you see her or she is mentioned. I hate it whenever we are walking and she walks by and then my guy friends are like oh look Agent P there she goes and start to make noises and all that. I agree people are definitely keen on making connections and relate people to other people and i do not like it. In these kinds of situations the girl is the one who gets embarrassed the most.
Yup i am a girl. Luckily, in my case the guy doesn't know. I have no plans of telling him or anyone else because he is engaged and happily living his life. I am trying to avoid him so that he stays happy and the girls don't get a chance to tease me. I don't want to vanish all of a sudden so i do chat with him once in a while.
To make it less obvious, only we can do something about it that is take a step back and control ourselves. Dont look at her much and dont talk about her to others at all. As for being teased, either tease back, ignore or give a proper reply back so that no one does that again and is beware!

The girl knows i have a crush on her because my friends have made it too obvious but i do not have the muscle to go forward and talk to her. I know if i do, i am going to embarrass myself and herself in the process. I am kind of old fashioned and would like to see how things unfold gradually and naturally. I would like to know her better, that is for sure.

Well with me, I've basically been forced to ask out girls in the past, because she and her friends make it so obvious, i don't want to seem like a wuss.
Anyways don't do anything you don't want to do, it almost never works out if that's the case.

Adil there are some things which i do not want to be known for, including the one you just mentioned. I will find some other way to make my affections not be shown to her.

if it is a confused state of mind, that you are in, then do not deceive your self and the other person. simply, turn away and close this link to your sense of preoccupation with it.
it will come about fairly quickly, if you approach the sane and self-respecting as well as respect-giving attitude and value the sanctity of both sides' feelings.

I don’t know how it happens, people always seem to know who I’ve got a crush on, and it really embarrasses me. The first time people noticed I had a crush on someone, which is a while now, I tried so hard to be less obvious, just so people wont joke about it, or talk about it behind my back. But nothing seems to work. I know I shouldn’t be bothered about what other people think, but I can’t help it. It’s even more embarrassing when the girl I have a crush on doesn’t feel the same way, yet I never seem to get over them until I have a crush on someone else.
