These days majority of the whole wheat flour we get is GMO and that makes most people have some sort of adverse effects such as mild bloating which they don’t realize because that is how they have been reacting all their lives.
If you search, you can find non GMO, organic wheat flour. But it is a good idea to give up gluten for a while to see how you react to gluten.
