KKL and Bol are different than PK, there might be some similarties but at the end of the day, KKL and Bol could only challenge religious concepts to a certain degree, because they were made in Pakistan. PK went farther than both of those in that aspect. I’ve watched all three movies, and unlike you I see no need to be biased towards the Pakistani ones.
I do believe there is a higher degree of freedom of religion/speech in India than in Pakistan, but there is of course a lot of intolerance against the religious minorities in both countries. No one in their right mind would deny that.
No idea what they made or did not make in Bollywood. Hardly ever watch Bollywood movies.
