How big of a beard should men have?

I know I dont have one but i’ve recently seen a surge in the trend of beard especially during my visit to Pak. Its really huge.

Is beard mandatory for all muslim men? How big its supposed to be? Does that mean all those who shave actually perform a sin?

Its for their wives to decide.

It’s a Sunnah. Some says it’s wajib. Shia says if it can be seen from 40 feet then it’s enough. Sunnis believe that it should be one fist full

Thats a major difference b/w sunnah and wajib. And we have to be clear on that.For sunnis its more confusing but i think it would end up to the four Imams. Do we know what each Imam says about it?

^One should follow the sunnah whether its wajib or not, but yes if for increasing knowledge you can ask this, but its enough to know this is the sunnah and being an ummati of our loving prophet (blessing and peace be upon him) we should love to do it, shouldnt we?

ideally, minimum length of beard in Islam is as long as your hist. mostache must be trimmed and beard well kept.

hubby did it and I had to beg him to trim it cose he became another person whom I did not recognize

Agreed with you but tbh somehow i think i may have a beard later on, just not right now.

Still curious to know wut each imam says about beard.

He says that he feels more proned to doing good deeds like namaz etc when he keeps a beard. Also when I taunt him on not a 100% pious but keeps a Shari Dari, He quotes maulAna Tariq Jameel that copy or nakal kero pious logo ki and mayb you will become like them. So yea I let him keep it just not wild big.

This is so sad, on the other hand girls who do hijab, they become hijabless on the request of who, it depends who we are obeying!!may Allah guide us Ameen
