Let’s bring some reality to this thread.

2 guys, similar in level of attractiveness, one is well groomed and well dressed and dressed appropriately for the situation, other is unkempt and poorly dressed or dressed improperly for the situation.

Now what?

One is well aware of his surroundings, perhaps arrogant, attention seeker or even a player.

other one…

…oblivious of his looks, dumb, laid back, or unaware of the etiquette/local custom. But does not seem to be attention seeker or player.

First one ‘could be’ dangerous. Second one may just need some proper education or needs a good female advisor.
