The British weather is so depressing, its either scortching hot (30 c +) or bitterly cold and wet, like today. I cant stand it. I intend to move asap to a place that is mildly hot or warm most of the time, say 25-29 C maybe a bit more, I can adjust.
Any good suggestions?
I have:
Anywhere in Spain. Alicante, perhaps.
South America, towards the oceans, so the coastal bits. Recife maybe. (friend of mine from there hypes it)
Nothern California perhaps? Slightly hilly area so its a tad cooler, + sea breeze?
Constant rain and grey skies make me a very dull boy.
omg i know right! we were having exams, and the rain was proper hitting hard on the hall roof…i couldn’t even concentrate not to mention i got soaked coming home

No better place then Northern Cali...and it's not hilly everywhere...infact San Jose/South Bay as well as parts of East Bay are pretty flat...
But if you are an indian don't bother...we have too many of you around...
I am partial to South Bay, which is the Area about 30 miles South of San Francisco...and home to the Silicon Valley, the biggest city in silicon valley is San Jose which also happens to be the third largest city in Cali...
I live in Santa Clara, which is right next to San Jose, has a vibrant pakistan/muslim community with the biggest masjid/muslim center in Northern California (MCA) also located here....
Plus we have a pretty good cricketing scene here as well, plenty of cricket both hard ball, tape-tennis and indian style hard-tennis ball cricket...All year cricket season....
And there is an Indian behind every rock you pick up and I mean it in the most endearing way possible...
legbreak, the bay area CheG is trying to push is the worst part of northern california (still beats uk though) unless you are a code coolie - in which case there is no better place on earth.
if climate and lifestyle is what you seek, there's heaven further north or east. hell, even portland beats the bray area.
Legbreak, Try not to be an embarrassment. Make a plan, stick to it and then execute. Nor should you slag off rain. I love drizzle and grey skies, it is very poetic and electric.
Queer, don't chat bakwas, London is where it is AT. Give me a bell if they ever let you in the country. I'll show you how we do.
