Health services are horrible in Pakistan due to a lack of funding and facilities. That is all. In Islamabad they don’t even have their own syringes for patients. Its basically lack of attention from the government.

True, which makes it worse i guess, cos the hospital behji was in was actually a really new hospital, with good facilities. it was more the staff that were the problem than the facilities really.
