I will ask you if it was right for him to send photographs to her family. Surely those photos will have spread … and he is also in them. What opinion will anybody who sees the pictures have of him since it’s two people in the photos, not just her? It’s not just her reputation that your friend destroyed, but his own as well. If you don’t see that, then it’s a shame.
Why did he wait until she got engaged? Why not tell the family up front when it happened or while they were dating if she was so terrible or if he wanted to hurt her?
What false accusations did the family make and why would they make them if they lost all respect for their daughter after seeing the photos?
It’s a kind of sick logic that I just do not understand. If someone wrongs me, then I have faith and trust Allah to take care of that person. I won’t take matters into my own hands to provide ‘justice’ cause those things tend to back fire (i.e. your friend spending a night in jail and getting an official police record).
Just to add, it’s nice to see your tax dollars being wasted on civil actions like this.

How is it going to hurt his rep, he doesnt pretend to be an angel like the girl, and everybody knows what he does.
He wanted to get married, she didn't, she just kept sayng we will, we will, she just wanted to have "fun." She only broke up with him when she got engaged.
They filed the false reports so they could be seen as the "good guys" and him as the criminal.
He didnt get it on his records, charges were dropped.
So if he was falsely imprisoned from a false report, he should just lay back, and accept it, he spent a night in jail because of lies, is that right?

However, the man she's going to spend her life with has a right to know what he's getting. I'm sure she has told him that she had to succumb to the pressure from her family. Otherwise I don't see much difference between her and his former boy friend. Both are morally bankrupt.

So basically his ego was shattered when she went off with someone else. He couldn’t handle it so he sent the photos. It backfired on him when the girl’s family made up a ‘false’ report which landed him in jail. He will now drag her, and himself, through mud.

A man has every right to know what hes getting but what makes you guys thinkt hat the girl didnt or wouldnt tell him? Its jsut that its none of the ex's business. They are history and they just cant take it.
If some guy blackmailed me by sending my parents my pictures I would do alot more than just have him spend a night in jail.
