its 14 weekends away…(well a bit more then that)
me and my fiance have been discussing this…we wanna go somewhere…where its busy and wild at nyt…with posh resturants so we can dress up nicely and eat…go dancing…and have a great time in his arms…
and somewhere site seeing and shopping in the morning…with a hot beach…yessssss…
so what do u guys think?..got any ideas?..
any married uncles and anties who have already been somewhere u liked and would recommend?..
New Yawk or San Diego. The best beaches in New York are Jones Beach and Robert Moses State park. Both are within an hour or 2 of the city. And if you wanted to split it up, do a few days in NYC and then head out to Montauk point and the Hamptons. In summer the Hamptons is "the place to be" or so they say. Just be prepared for the rather hair-raising rates....
^^Hamptons :love: have never seen the night life there but alot of people just go and rent a room there for the weekend and fish/eat/relax on the beach/club etc. i dunno how it gonna be in feb…
Orlando maybe? excellent beaches, lots of fun places like disney land and universal studios...Rent a resort there n u will really enjoy your vacation. :) What is your budget range though?
italy is a great place to go with your spouse. i went there with my family years ago and it was so embarrasing at times. there were couples making out at every corner! but very romantic in the summers. its expensive but u can enjoy alot of freebies like free outdoor concerts, street musicians etc.
i'm not much of one for cities and crowds esp for a romantic type of trip....so I'll throw in my 2 cents abt a dream honeymoon...
BoraBora. Secluded South Pacific Atoll, over-water bungalows, crystal-clear water, sparkling white sand. Yes some nite life (see BoraBora club med maybe?) Most hotels will pack a picnic basket for you and take you by boat to your very own private island for the day.
That kind of thing makes me want to get married again...and then pay the boat-chauffer to "forget" where he dropped us off lol!
Have you thought about somewhere like Tunisia? We went there for a 2nd honeymoon to celebrate 5 years of marriage in March this year........it was great we stayed in Sousse and loved Port El Kantoui......
As you are based in the UK you could find a great deal....our holiday cost £400 for hotel and flights....all meals were included in the package too...but you could do either B&B or half board basis....
we went to hawaii on the cruise and it was absolutely beautiful and soooo sooo veryyyy much romantic…godddd…its like heaven..beaches…botanical gardens…open malls and lots of other things
our cruise was for 7 days…and every day there was something planned..lots of excursions…and they had like dress up night where u wear a cute dress n ur hubby can wear tux or watever…than theres casual day bla bla…they also have resturants in the cruise…some of them u have to dress up to go in and theres some casual too..and at night its just absolutely beautiful…
