Alice cooper I’m not sure if you were born in a closet or not but there are strights who have lisps and there are gays who don’t.
Tell me do you have to think about who you are attracted too or does it come naturally?

Domey, those gays that don’t talk with a lisp and don’t walk like a girl , just haven’t fully come out of the closet yet. Remember Greg Louganis before coming out of the closet, he walked and talked like a man. After coming out, all of a sudden, he talks like a 16 year old girl, and walks like Paris Hilton.

Try again, that wasn’t very convincing.

According to study, just like gays, many pedophiles also hate the fact that they are the way they are, but they can’t seem to help their behaviour. It’s a sickness. Does it make it right? Are they a danger to society? I would say so.

the difference between pedophilia and homosexuality lies in CONSENT. two adults who engage in consenting sexual relations is different from an adult taking advantage of a child that has no idea of what is right or wrong. so yes a man that is "born" a pedophile must learn to control his desires because it IS a danger to society. but what two adults do in the privacy of their bedrooms with mutual consent is no one's business.

i think this is yet to be proven whether they are born this way or not. in the meantime please continue with your views. but you should be a 100% sure something is "evil" in its very nature before you condemn those people with a death sentence in my opinion.

Umm…where did anyone here condemn these people to death? Before making such statements, please read the thread. As for my view is really simple. I don’t agree with it, I don’t support it, and I believe they are not born that way. Why? Because the Quran forbids it.

The Hanafi school does not consider same-sex intercourse to constitute adultery, and therefore leaves punishment up to the judge’s discretion. Most early scholars of this school specifically ruled out the death penalty; others allow it for a second offence.
Imam Shafi’i considers same-sex intercourse as analogous to other zina. Thus, a married person found to have committed same-sex intercourse is punished as an adulterer (stoned to death), and an unmarried person is punished as a fornicator (flogged).
The Maliki school says that anyone (married or unmarried) found to have committed same-sex intercourse should be punished as an adulterer.
Within the Ja’fari schools, Sayyid al-Khoi says that anyone (married or unmarried) found to have committed same-sex intercourse should be punished as an adulterer.

A person is born gay. You don't just wake up one day and think that you want to be gay from now on. That's not how it is. Imagine if you were born gay, and certain groups of people felt that you shouldn't exist according to their God. How would you feel?

I just keep thinking if I was in a world where the "normal" lifestyle was a homosexual one and I was the only heterosexual, I would definitely feel scared and alone and horrible because it's not something you can change.

you’re right Fret Wizard, you know everything. You have all the answers! Gay people enjoy having stones thrown at them…that’s why they like to make up this whole idea of them being gay. Oh yea, that makes sense.
