Eh?? Which Pakistan you are talking about? You are likely get stoned (pelted with stones, not marijuana) in Pakistan before you can say "discrimination" when it comes to homosexuality (unless, ofcourse you are in prison or in certain areas famous for it).
And it's not a disease. It's like being a left hander or right. If there wasn't so much social stigma attached to it I bet there'd be many more gays out there.
Probably because it's is a sin in most religions and like all other sins..it's kept under wraps and met with denial.

Is it correct to call bisexual people, gay? Gays are technically attracted to only their sex, but if you're bisexual you're technically straight too.

In my opinion ther is no such thing as bisexuality. People who claim to be bisexual are either:
a) Straight people who want to be gay.
b) Gay people who want to be straight.
Or any combination of the above
I wonder how many who claim to be homosexuals are actually homosexuals. Cos the ones I have come across already had a sexual experience with the opposite sex, which in turned made them gay .. or so they claim.
