Ketchup on bread with cheese? Hmm I duno about that....
How about taking 2 slices of bread and spreading Spaghetti suace/pasta sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar/mozzarella cheese. Add tomato/olives...any tpping and pu tin toaster till cheese melts and bread is crusty and yummy.
I have had good experience using naan bread for making a quick pizza, its really good and holds up cheese/sauce/toppings better. :)

Hey...I use Pitta bread. SLice it very carefully though and it does the trick. Also I use brown pitta...so no need to feel guilty aterwards! Olives, onion, green and red pepper, green chillies and mushrooms all subject to availibility can be used as toppings. I usually put cheese (loads of it) under my toppings.
I try to make pizza/spaghetti sauce in quantity and freeze it for later quick use.
12-14 tomatoes blended.
Place in a saucepan and add coarsely chopped celery, carrot and onion. Bring to boil on medium heat for 45 min to an hour…no need to stand over it, just stir occasionally. When sauce is substantially reduced, ie all water has disappeared, add salt, black pepper and touch of garlic and herbs. I also like a bit of sugar. Boil mixture for few more mins and remove the pieces of veggies in large sieve. Cool and freeze in small containers.
i did it simple , just put a layer of chopped bell pepper + onion + olives + chicken on bread slice ,put cheese slice over it & top it with ketchup + hot sauce+ crused black pepper , than toast
i used pizza sauce of Americana for this type of quick pizzas , and do whatever topping u like and then i grill it for 4,5 min in oven ,quick and easy for giving lunch to kids.
