Hobbies forum

So lately I have been thinking about creating a thread just for photographers/sharing photography skills and stuff but I don’t know where to post it. What would be considered a forum to discuss hobbies? If not, why don’t we have one?

All the forums are hobby based , you can share your hobby in one of the image forums here:

No not really.. There should be a separate forum for just hobbies related stuff..

for example: Photography, sewing, gardening, sculpting, dancing, computer graphics, musical instruments, drawing, stamp/coin collecting (all collectors), martial arts, amateur astronomy/geology, etc etc...

there are so many of them that don't fit anywhere in our current forums. and when someone posts something, it gets burried by bunch of other threads.

I call for a separate hobbies forum!

Theorist, you can pretty much fit in your hobbies accross the board...

Whenever we start a new forum, we consider 2 things.

  1. Demand of that forum, and
  2. Number of threads that guppies are starting, that could actually fit in that forum.

This is exactly what happened when we started the parenting forum 2 years ago. So far I dont see enough mass to justify a hobby forum per se. Plus honestly, our desis are so dud, they dont have any hobbies but to watch movies (shor sharaba forum), throw potlucks (House hold) or do gheebat of their family members (Life1).

When it comes to desis, we are all covered :k:

Posting on GS is a hobby? :bummer: TLK bhai sahi bolrele thay apun ko…That’s a very lame hobby. I come here to kill time.. :chai:

Note: You won’t find me here on weekends and I can safely assume the same about a lot of other guppies/guppans.
